Non-Profit Website Give-Away

1. Non-profit organization is an official non-profit as defined by the IRS, and must be located within Pennsylvania. 2. Submission must be completed by a representative of the non-profit organization. 3. Religious and political non-profit organization will not be accepted at this time. 4. LMS Solutions Inc. reserves the right to deny any application for any reason. 5. LMS Solutions Inc. staff will determine the final winning non-profit. Appeals will not be entertained. 6. The website will be built utilizing Wordpress, an open source content management system, utilizing a mutually agreed upon template. 7. Website design included up to 10 pages, including interactive contact form, social media integration and blog, if requested. 8. The new website must be used as the non-profit's corporate website. 9. Non-profit organization will abide by the Project Timeline and provide LMS Solutions Inc. with all content including text, images, videos and links within predetermined time period. 10. LMS Solutions Inc. will provide one year of free website management. At the end of the 1st year, non-profit can choose to continue with a paid management program, manage the website themselves or use a third-party. 11. Logo design services are not included in the scope of work. 12. LMS Solutions Inc. will provide one year of free hosting for the winning non-profit’s website. At the end of the 1st year, non-profit can choose to continue with a paid website hosting program, or move the website hosting to another service provider. 13. The non-profit’s domain purchase is not included. If non-profit does not have a current domain that they want to use for their website, LMS Solutions Inc. will secure their requested domain, based on availability, at current market rates. 14. Submission must be received by end of day, Sunday, August 15th, 2021. 15. Winner will be announced on Tuesday August 31st, 2021.
